Energy Auditor

Location: Wallington, Surrey
Hours:
Full time, permanent
Salary: £17,000-£19,000

The Monarch Partnership is an energy solution consultancy whose core product offering is gas and electricity supply contract procurement for the small and medium-sized business universe. Working in partnership with many of the top energy suppliers, The Monarch Partnership operates across many sectors helping business customers save money on their gas and electricity bills by either finding them the best deals, or helping them to be more energy efficient.

Responsibilities and duties:

Obtain a track receipt of energy invoices on a monthly basis.

Input both group and singular invoices into energy database

Develop an understanding of billing elements

Analyse and assess the accuracy of energy charges

Issue weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports

Liaise with suppliers to raise and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner

Identify process improvements that could develop and drive the business

Communicate ongoing queries internally to the relevant parties.

Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure standards are met

Attend training and develop relevant knowledge skills

 

Skills and experience required

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work accurately with a high volume of data.

Microsoft Excel experience.

Strong communication skills.

Experience of working to strict deadlines

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to build and sustain relationship with both internal and external parties.

Knowledge of energy industry (desirable).

Tenacity

Previous experience of working in bill validation or a billing department (desirable).

Executive Relationship Manager

The Monarch Partnership is an intelligent utilities consultancy, providing thorough data collection, auditing, asset management, procurement, and cost management. We manage ongoing water, waste disposal, energy and telecoms contracts for our clients, with our market analysts constantly working to secure the best deals from suppliers and our auditors finding all billing errors.

We are looking for an Executive Relationship Manager to be the face of the business to a selected portfolio of clients. You will use your experience of client account management to maintain and develop new and existing client relationships, and provide a high quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:  

Accurate and effective client account management, using the company CRM to record all actions

Business development including contract renewals, selling of additional services, bringing in new sales leads, responding to and following up on sales enquiries

Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed commercial targets

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure sustainable relationships through positive tender responses

Key Skills and Competences:
Essential:

Experience in client account management

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Commercially astute

Able to resolve queries and disputes with clients and suppliers

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 

Desirable:

Knowledge of the energy supply market

Previous experience working with energy suppliers

Experience of working with multi-site accounts or in the public-sector space

Knowledge of Salesforce

Full UK driving licence

Telesales Executive

Location: Wallington

Salary: £20,000 plus commission

Working in partnership with many of the top energy suppliers, The Monarch Partnership operates across many sectors, helping business customers save money on their gas and electricity bills by either finding them the best deals, or helping them to be more energy efficient.

In addition to energy supply contract, as we grow, The Monarch Partnership also offers solutions for energy efficiency, consumption monitoring, SMART metering and other energy solutions and energy supply account management.

Core Responsibilities

To proactively source leads and generate new business through high volumes of outbound telephone sales

To handle inbound telephone calls generated from web leads and other sources

To effectively manage sales opportunities and lead generation in order to optimise sales performance

To ensure that the quality of sales are robust and that these are compliant with both internal and external sales compliance standards

To achieve defined productivity and appointment targets

To drive growth, revenue and business profitability

To ensure accurate capture and maintenance of customer data within the CRM system

To deal with existing customers and new business in a positive and professional manner to maintain relationships and look for ways to develop them

To work effectively with other team members in both sales and non-sales functions

Other office administration duties as and when required
