Energy Auditor

Location: Wallington, Surrey

Salary: £17,000-£19,000

The Monarch Partnership is an energy solution consultancy whose core product offering is gas and electricity supply contract procurement for the small and medium-sized business universe. Working in partnership with many of the top energy suppliers, The Monarch Partnership operates across many sectors helping business customers save money on their gas and electricity bills by either finding them the best deals, or helping them to be more energy efficient.

Responsibilities and duties:

Obtain a track receipt of energy invoices on a monthly basis.

Input both group and singular invoices into energy database

Develop an understanding of billing elements

Analyse and assess the accuracy of energy charges

Issue weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports

Liaise with suppliers to raise and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner

Identify process improvements that could develop and drive the business

Communicate ongoing queries internally to the relevant parties.

Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure standards are met

Attend training and develop relevant knowledge skills

 

Skills and experience required

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work accurately with a high volume of data.

Microsoft Excel experience.

Strong communication skills.

Experience of working to strict deadlines

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to build and sustain relationship with both internal and external parties.

Knowledge of energy industry (desirable).

Executive Relationship Manager

The Monarch Partnership is an intelligent utilities consultancy, providing thorough data collection, auditing, asset management, procurement, and cost management. We manage ongoing water, waste disposal, energy and telecoms contracts for our clients, with our market analysts constantly working to secure the best deals from suppliers and our auditors finding all billing errors.

We are looking for an Executive Relationship Manager to be the face of the business to a selected portfolio of clients. You will use your experience of client account management to maintain and develop new and existing client relationships, and provide a high quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:  

Accurate and effective client account management, using the company CRM to record all actions

Business development including contract renewals, selling of additional services, bringing in new sales leads, responding to and following up on sales enquiries

Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed commercial targets

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure sustainable relationships through positive tender responses

Key Skills and Competences:
Essential:

Experience in client account management

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Telesales Executive

Core Responsibilities

To proactively source leads and generate new business through high volumes of outbound telephone sales

To handle inbound telephone calls generated from web leads and other sources

To effectively manage sales opportunities and lead generation in order to optimise sales performance

To ensure that the quality of sales are robust and that these are compliant with both internal and external sales compliance standards

To achieve defined productivity and appointment targets

To drive growth, revenue and business profitability

To ensure accurate capture and maintenance of customer data within the CRM system

Modelling & Analytics Manager

Location: Wallington, Surrey

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

The Modelling and Analytics Team support all areas of the business with price and fundamental modelling, reporting and analytics and ensuring the smooth running of the team’s databases. This role is to manage the team ensuring all work is kept to a high standard, work is accurate, processes are efficient and optimal, deadlines are met and that any analytical requirements from the company are met.

 

Responsibilities and duties:

Working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all relevant price and modelling data is correct and databased running smoothly.

Support the business by managing the team responsible for production of fundamental market models, databases and risk management analytics

Providing analytics to support the Market Intelligence and Trading Teams

Providing analytics to support the production of written reports to be produced for external mail out to clients, PR, Social Media and Trade Press.

Production of models such as: Long-term price forecast, Triad, Demand Side Response

Managing the development of any new and existing models or reports for the wider Corporate team

Responsible for ensuring all databases for both Market Intelligence and Trading Teams are working correctly

Overseeing trading analytics, reporting and compliance processes are completed and accurate and customers are set up correctly

Creating streamlined processes and efficiencies to help corporate teams achieving targets.

Assist in the production of presentations for conferences

Producing information on the team for board presentation

 

Skills and experience:

Content Creator

We are looking for a Content Creator to write and publish articles, blogs, web pages and social posts for our group of company brands.

Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about energy related topics and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business. Please share samples of your work (portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.

Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing on and offline information about our company and products.

 

Responsibilities and duties:

Research energy industry-related topics

Prepare well-structured drafts

Create marketing copy to advertise our company and products for web, sales collateral

Interview internal colleagues and industry professionals to incorporate their views in blog posts

Edit and proof-read written pieces before publication

Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimise content

Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

Lead the weekly team content meeting – reviewing content performance, identify customers’ issues, relevant press news and recommend new topics

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates
