Accountant (part qualified)

Key responsibilities:  

  • Bookkeeping on Xero
  • Reconciling all bank accounts
  • Reviewing and reconciling all ledger accounts including the control accounts
  • Filing compliance returns (such as VAT returns)
  • Carrying out month end and year end processing
  • Assisting in the preparation of the management accounts
  • Raising sales invoices, recording customer receipts and reconciling all customer accounts

Executive Relationship Manager

The successful candidate will be the face of the business, responsible for managing a portfolio of new and existing client accounts.  You will support and oversee end to end delivery for the contract, setting up and arranging overall strategy, reducing energy usage against pre-set targets and identifying opportunities to upsell. You will be expected to keep up to date with energy industry legislation and market data and attend client meetings.

Key responsibilities:  

  • Maintain and develop new and existing client relationships, optimising the quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Create energy tenders and management of the overall process
  • Manage produce/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed commercial targets
  • Monitor and receive information on market activities and provide relevant reports and information to clients

Graduate Data Auditor

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Energy Bureau Team. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge with previous experience of I&C, Multi-site and Public Sector utilities; ideally having knowledge of flexible products and their functionality, although this is not a necessity. The role will involve the management of high volumes of data within both spreadsheets and in-house databases.

Key responsibilities:  

  • Obtain and track receipt of energy invoices on a monthly basis
  • Input both group and singular invoices into the energy database

Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work within our Marketing team to take responsibility of our email campaigns, social media channels and support the wider team in creation of marketing collateral and other offline marketing activities.

You will focus on driving traffic to our websites, working with the wider Marketing team to devise creative marketing messages to encourage content engagement, sign-up, downloads and ultimately lead generation for our sales team through email, social campaigns and PPC.

The successful candidate should be a strong team player, creative thinker and highly organised. You will be ROI focused with the ability to analyse channels and campaigns, reporting your results and insights to the team in weekly meetings.
